Order Cancellation:

(We must be contacted through official channels within 10 hours of the request)

1- If the status of your request (pending review - under implementation) you log in to your account and go to the category (requests) and choose your order number and then click the (cancel order) button at the end of the request, and the request will be canceled directly and the amount will be refunded if the payment was made in advance

2- If the status of your order is (implemented), you must contact customer service within (3 hours) directly to cancel your order before shipping.

3- If the status of your order is (shipped - delivering), the order cannot be canceled because it was delivered to the shipping company
